that was wat my mum and i were doing for the past 1 hr...
hur hur hur...
she suddenly took out all the old fotos to rearrange.
"aiyoh, teochew and hokkien mix together, how to see??"
haha...this is wat she meant:
my father comes from a teochew family, and my mother comes from a hokkien family.
since young, we address my grandparents, "teochew-ma", "teochew-gong", "hokkien ma" and "hokkien-gong"...
she was trying to put all the fotos in place for easy viewing...
it was so interesting.
from the fotos, i recalled some of the old clothings my siblings and i had, the shoes, our old hairstyles (mine was like ma-jie), my sleepy eyes then, my parents ....hahaha....it was soooo amusing....
the relatives' weddings we attended, the old fashion clothes we wore....
hahaha...
i remember i had some kid's clothings i really love when i was young...
those were the days....
and there were many fotos of my late hokkien-ma....
days before my grandma passed away, my grandaunt caught her viewing some old fotos alone at home....she must have recalled alot of old tales too....too bad she's not here to share now...
anyway,...
i rx quite alot of news today...
1) a gf jus share her pregnant news with me...and im really sooooo happy for her... =)
2) a gf told me she's getting ROM soon....
3) a male fren's wife jus gave birth to a baby girl...
