That afternoon before CNY, we popped over to robsinsons to do some last min shopping. Look bbTara sleeping soundly on the way to our destination. =)
We were in the mood for some good food!
and i suppose, we are the last to checkout SHOKUDO, ever since it opened its doors... haha...
there aren't many pple in that afternoon, 5pm, quite a weird time for lunch or dinner maybe...
but it was good for us, considering we had shopping bags, and most importantly, we had a bb in the stroller =)
the spacious interior, and no crowd env allow us to forget abt reserving any table, and leisurely enjoying a slow stroll in there! pre-choosing the food we wanna order! how blessed!!!
we end up having a table full of food for just the two of us!

unagi omelette rice
rosti with sausage
squid topped with yummy cheese!
 grilled hotate! and beef fillet! YUM to the ultimate!! total damage $51. so worth it! =)

Its been a wk long, since i last update....let me first wish all of u a very happy and prosperous cow year ahead! HUAT ARRRRRRH!!!! I noe im late, but its better late then never, HAHA....Im not gonna skip any posts, so here i'll be clearing my backlogs (again). I knoe u will bear with me. =)livingstone is on 2 wks of holiday leave, so we will have many errands to run to make full use of this long break. There are so many items in our itenary and we will mostly not be at home. heh heh...so that explains why the MIA. I simply love ad-hoc meetups!Coincidentally, I had to run some errands in Compass Point(CP), and they were going there for a haircut too! So we wait no further, and arranged to dine together at Swensens. Luckily adoh got there earlier to chop a gd seat for me to park bbTara's stroller. =) Not long after we reach, there was a queue forming outside the restaurant...friday nitez....Eh, soon, we will need a bigger space for two strollers! haha !!
Steven joined us after his haircut. He forever likes to disturb bbTara.... haha...
He says bbTara has got lotus root hands....wat a comical description! haha...

I just so love to cuddle her....she's so cuddle-ble to me and livingstone.... =)

With the voucher that budd's family gave us, we bought this caterpillar - Counting Pal, at Kiddy Palace. =)
I always liked LeapFrog product, and this is one item that caught my attention even before I gave birth.
Designed for infants on the go, this soft learning pal is a multi-sensory learning experience with tons of activities for baby to touch, hear and see! With 4 modes of play, this pal musically introduces counting and colors, while offering a variety of different classical tunes. Includes attachment straps (velcro) for us to attach this toy just about anywhere!
So, I am now attaching the caterpillar to bbTara's cot. Her eye level when she lies down on her bed.
And I like to play the classical musical medley to tell her that it is her nap time. It worked! =)
Recently, it seems like she has 'suddenly' noticed this pal next to her, she has been 'talking' to the caterpillar! and smiling to it! She even reached out her hand to feel the caterpillar's face as if trying to sayang it....

It was their wedding, and it is bbTara's first wedding to attend. =)
We reached at abt 5pm, for a briefing session before the banquet commence.

She was sick for the past 2 wks, now finally got license to carry bbTara.... haha...
sorry pal, but bbTara got no antibodies lo....

We are honoured to be tasked astheir emcees for the nite....extra special for me, cos its my 2nd time as emcee in this hotel... different ballroom thou (and of cos different couple!)
nvm abt the absentees, we still enjoyed ourselves that nite. Kenny, Peggy and bbJade joined us later that nite, but we were too engross in bb's topic that we forgot to take finale group foto!!! arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...
as usual, the tekan session only begins after all the guests have left. He is a bloody good drinker.

back to the suite, the men locked themselves up in the bedroom, while the ladies were at the hall. I have no eyes to see the R(A) fotos that they took of the groom that nite....it has become a tradition now, ever since our wedding where they 'humiliated' livingstone, this is of cos his chance to play them back.... haha.... they were fun. =)
 bbTara was extremely coperative for the lovely nite. Except for 1 loud scream from her at the start of the dinner, where i was at the emcee stand, and thank God, jess was there to help me babysit her for tat moment! The rest of the evening, she was sleeping so soundly in her stroller....she only woke up at abt 1am, when we were ready to head home. =)

Let's repeat this quote AGAIN - Time flies.... =)
I am blessed to have a few khakis who were preg like me at the same time. And most of us have downloaded our babies, except for a few more frens.
Those were the days wea we worry together bcos we were first time pregnant and the sharing of useful information together. Now, we have moved on to another stage. And i marked all our precious milestones.
The other day, we gathered to celebrate bbJade's fullmonth:
while bbjade was bz entertaining her other VIPs, bbtara rope in for those who were free (to carry her)... haha...
the bbs high-fived each other...i shld say this is an assisted high-five. hur hur hur....
hor.....jess.....u were caught pinching bbtara....!!! haha....
the foto with peggy was super unsynchronized! we were looking at different cameras for both the fotos!arghhhhhh...and look at wat she's hiding with her hands....
the following takes were farnie to me, bbjade was bz showing various expressions, while bbTara was EXPRESSIONLESS!....well, until she decided to talk to unker dennis who was sitting next to her. =)
see, bbTara started to talk, and bbJade decides to ignore her... lol
then we cheer unker dennis to demonstrate how to be cushion to our bbs. heh heh
