This is obviously a HOT date to tie the knot. And for that, we have two weddings to attend in a single day.Thank God, they do not directly clash with each other.Here's us, attending Stella and Weihong's holy matrimony ceremony in the church.  cute bbAlpheus... he is bbtara's 2 mths snr.

This has to be the wedding that i waited for the longest time......they, are the couple, that survived the 11yrs of courtship! awesome!! :)Finally, we are attending my budd's wedding, and bbTara is here to join in the fun!
Early in the morning, as I got ready, I woke and dressed her up....Thank God, she was so cooperative!
The sisters' group foto before we proceeded to Labrador Park for the couple's outdoor photoshoot. As u can tell, it was a low-key event, budd wanted to keep it simple, so no gate crashing for them either. =)
I always call this the monster truck,....wat a waste, I shld have put bbTara next to the wheels, and u will relate to my label for the car. haha...The unique couple drove their own wedding car!*whistle*

i lost count how many mths it was, since i last had dinner with budd.of cos, now it meant towing bbtara together with us. :)
was suppose to go for botak jones but ended up at brewbakers (agn).it was a pretty rush dinner, bcos we had to meet her wedding photographer in town!
arghhhh, blur!dun think u can tell, bbtara was actually sitting on the driver's seat of kaima's monster truck!

It was their wedding, and it is bbTara's first wedding to attend. =)
We reached at abt 5pm, for a briefing session before the banquet commence.

She was sick for the past 2 wks, now finally got license to carry bbTara.... haha...

We are honoured to be tasked astheir emcees for the nite....extra special for me, cos its my 2nd time as emcee in this hotel... different ballroom thou (and of cos different couple!)
nvm abt the absentees, we still enjoyed ourselves that nite. Kenny, Peggy and bbJade joined us later that nite, but we were too engross in bb's topic that we forgot to take finale group foto!!! arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...
as usual, the tekan session only begins after all the guests have left. He is a bloody good drinker.

back to the suite, the men locked themselves up in the bedroom, while the ladies were at the hall. I have no eyes to see the R(A) fotos that they took of the groom that nite....it has become a tradition now, ever since our wedding where they 'humiliated' livingstone, this is of cos his chance to play them back.... haha.... they were fun. =)
 bbTara was extremely coperative for the lovely nite. Except for 1 loud scream from her at the start of the dinner, where i was at the emcee stand, and thank God, jess was there to help me babysit her for tat moment! The rest of the evening, she was sleeping so soundly in her stroller....she only woke up at abt 1am, when we were ready to head home. =)

Finally, the day has come for them to tie the knot and become 1 soul....for the rest of their lives. Unfortunately, I can't attend her morning gate crashing, as both her parents suggested that I shld avoid it since I am pregnant.*cries!!!!*Fortunately, I was 'allowed' to appear at the solemnization!*yeahhhhh*
Livingstone was tasked to be his photographer for the short and sweet solemnization.
And since the day was also my dear fren's, Adoh's* birthday, her husband of cos prepared a surprise mini party for her!At nite, our khakis arrived in their bestest form.
And I was honoured to be tasked as their mandarin emcee for the lovely nite. That's me and Rong Zhe (the english emcee).

*Adoh - this is a nickname that I gave her since 1997, our first year in poly. Many pple dunno how to pronounce it, it's no wonder, bcos I came up with the spelling myself. *wahahahaha*It goes like this 'Ah-Dor', that's how i address her all the while. The funniest part was that the inspiration came from street fighter, where ken always say 'ah-yew-gen', rem? hmmmm....i can't recall how i got them associated, only rem the root origin. haha....Nonetheless, the nickname had been stucked with her for almost a decade, and im so used to calling her tat, that i spelt her name wrongly on her wedding montage !! *wahahahaha*Got a dressing down from her! =pIm uber happy for their matrimony, and like all fairytales....we wish them a blissful marriage ahead while they live happily ever after.... ~ Me, Livingstone and bbTara =)Labels: adoh, khakis, quality time, wedding

Our group has two tables, but only these group of ladies rushed out to take pics with the beautiful bride lo.... haha...the rest bz chatting and munching away.... =)Dinner was held at Orchid Country Club, my virgin visit there. Huge ballroom.
Hmm....I look kinda out of shape now with bbtara still inside my tummy!But thankfully, I do not need to buy any maternity clothes (as yet, fingers crossed!), I am still wearing my pre-pregnancy clothes although I am in my 3rd trimester.Nah, not that I didn't put on weight, it is more like I have tons of stretchable clothes.... heh heh..save money!Labels: bbtara, blessings, pregnancy, wedding
After months and months of 'talking-about-it', it is finally their big day. =)And I attended my first ever church wedding.... heh heh
 The ceremony was delayed for an hr before it commenced. So there we were chatting away.Coincidentally, Jill and I had a haircut the nite before! hur hur hur...
