CNY EVE's EVE

Had an early reunion dinner with livingstone and family at Novotel Hotel (Liang Court).
Ever since Daimaru makes way, this is the 1st time i stepped into the premise again.
Same goes to Clarke Quay. Huge change.
I didnt noe Audio House is there now.
Clarke Quay is so much more lively and beautiful now.
Singapore is not big, but there are some places that are so near yet so far....

It was 10.30pm when we finally arrived at Chinatown. It is the time of they year where we need to experience the crowd once again...
I pretty much prefer the way things are organise in the streets hawker this time.
There were a few home decor shops where they bring in items from bangkok.
even the ice-cream that we use to see in chatuchak market can be seen in singapore chinatown now! bravo!

Mum had wanted to buy this quite some time ago, but she felt she couldn't get a good price for it.
chinese coffin

I bought it.
It is a minature chinese coffin.

it symbolises 'sheng-guan-fa-cai' (to prosper/promotes, and have wealth) and to 'ba-cai-guan-qi-lai' (to keep the money).
She will keep this with her everywhere she goes now.
