Few nites ago, adoh made almond logan jelly,
and she included my share.
so sweet!
i heart u again. :)
special delivery to our hse somemore. i heart u somemore. :)
see the smooth almond....she even bundle in a can of longan....
she say i have to cut the longan into pieces and add ice, then put in the longans.
she say her's is resturant standard lo.
haha....nice!
my father-in-law's birthday is round the corner, and we will not be in town on his actual day,
so i decided to bake him an oreo cheesecake (inspired by peh-kee).
that's the philadelphia soft cheese i used.
u noe what, lucky adoh bought me the electric mixer,
else i would have a cramped arm by the time i mix those stuff together.
the pre-baked oreo crust.
time to bake this!!

we are supposed to go back from my FIL's hse to pack our bag for the batam trip the next day.
but our fren here couldn't sleep. so we were fren enuf to accompany him for a cuppa teh-tarik.
u noe the fortune telling thing? where they use a necklace and a ring, then 'lipton' it in between ur thumb and ur index finger, then put the necklace with the ring above ur palm, main thing is to see how many kids and their gender u and ur partner will hv?
well, felin tried it on me and livingstone, apparently, the result for the both of us was the same.
now, we shall wait and see.... haha...
the session went on and on and on and on.....and i tell u....
it only ended when the day breaks! i kid u not.
we are supposed to meet agn at the ferry terminal at 11am.
and by the time we left the jln kayu kopitiam, it was 7.15am.
a total of 7 hrs on a table....tsk tsk tsk.....
