PUTIEN

Another gd restaurant in Tampines Mall. In fact, they are everywhere now!

1) fried brinjal with pork floss - very nice! like potato chips!

2) steam prawns in herbal soup served in bamboo container - the soup is shiok!

3) duck wrapped with yam - nice!

4) 妈祖面线 - nice too!

5) Poached spinach with supreme stock and century egg - again.... nice! only my mom mentioned that she is unable to swallow them, cos too 'gua'.

6) yam paste - ok

total damage for 4 adults and 1 kid - $87/-.
My mom likes the food, aiya, of cos la, these are all hokkien dishes, and she is a hokkien. haha...
