A brand new Tuesday....
because bud and i started going to spinning class tonite instead of the usual pump class.
after 45mins, my buttock is aching, my knees are soft.....
it was indeed quite an effective class.
let's see how aching my legs will get tml..... =)
finally got my handphone a leash tonite. phew...these days, without the leash, i think i almost drop the phone at least 3 times. tsk tsk tsk....
tml will be a rest nite for me....gonna spend some quality time with my mum at home.... =)
