It's the time to countdown....
how come weekends always end earlier than weekdays??
i waited for 5 days for sat and sunday...
and it has to end so fast..... hmmm.....
saturday was interesting...
we visited my grandaunt at depot rd, and bought some chicken drumsticks ready for grilling at home!!
it took me 35mins to grill 9 baby drumsticks hahaha...
but the result was positive.
mum likes it and livingstone says 'yummy'.....
i think it taste like KFC, cos i made coleslaw too...haha....but mine was healthy kfc...
not fried....just grilled....

i finally get to taste rangoon rd bak kut teh
have been hearing so much abt it, but hasnt got a chance to taste it.
i dun think it's my type though, cos the soup base was too pepperish for me...
they were expensive, one bowl of bak kut teh with 2 spare ribs cost $6!
and we notice that, all those that patronise the shops drove big cars...especially BMWs, Benz and Lexus...
high class bak kut teh??
marina square is half open, so we decided to take a look and see wat's in store...
most of the ready shops are restaurants and food court. giant was there...
the or-nee (yam paste dessert) in the food court was good!!
$2.80 for a small portion though..
actually wanted to try the peranakan food in katong today, but mum changed her mind cos she thinks they dun look appealing...
we ended up having 5-star chicken rice in katong...
do u noe they accept visa payment for $30 and above!?
haha,....another high class chicken rice stall? no wonder they are called 5-star ...hahahaha
