Yishun / seletar / Yishun Dam / Piccadilly Circus / Jln Kayu

many many many donkey months ago, i read on the newspaper, that there is a western food store in yishun ring rd, that serves good fish and chip, and it comes with a unique flavour.
I copied the address, and kept it in my bag everyday, just in case, livingstone decided to go yishun ONE-OF-THESE-DAYS, haha....

and so, it was saturday.
We went to yishun.

BUT.....shit....i think we were too late.
the western stall chg boss.
anyhow, to meet our objective for the trip, we still try the western food. Not too bad...but just another fish and chip though.... =)

we dropped by seletar reservoir.
heh heh, so paiseh to admit, but it was my first time there.... haha~
i got reminded abt the little boy who lost his life there recently....
so poor thing....

anyway, life is as usual at the reservoir now....
families are there for bbq and picnic,
couples are there taking a stroll,
pple jogging...
mini gatherings at the rock, chit chatting....
men fishing....

we agree that this is quite a peaceful location,
except for the noice that the heavy vehicles make when they drove past. =)

some pics we took there:

i like this pic...

it's a bloody long way...

the clear water...

Do u noe there is a Piccadilly Circus near the seletar airport, in singapore?
haha, so interesting. I like this street name ever since i saw it in Manchester.
can't really explain why, probably the pronounication of it.... *shrug*

haha, now i see it in singapore... haha....so cute.

it was a sinful day i must admit....
we went for supper at jln kayu....
heh heh....good spread...
we had cheese prata and my fav beverage, DINOSAUR!
haha.....thick thick dinosaur....

=)
