CNY Day 3.....Runners Came....
We invited Runners over for CNY lunch,
and so, we woke up early in the morning, and to market to market, to get ....coconut juice.... heh heh... for curry la.
its another pot luck session, (my fav my fav!).... and we hv volunteered to make curry.
well, of cos i didnt make the curry/chilli paste myself, my mom helped!
i only took charge of adding the coconut juice, and chicken parts, and of cos seasoning la.... hee...
we brought beckie along to rivervale plaza. kai kai, of cos she is happy.... :)
i have craving for big breakfast! .... heh heh...
let's upgrade to a cuppa capuccino!! yummy!!

it wasn't very much to account for,
but its been a while since i cooked at home for the two of us.
so, i looked thru the fridge, found some vege and ingredients, and decided to make a simple meal at nite.
the ngoh heong is courtesy of my mom agn.....how lucky.
i did enjoy my very simple meal. :)
