D-I-Y dinner
many wks ago, i was browsing thru a book that says 'oven cooking', and there was this particular receipe that caught my eye, "Oven Baked Garlic Prawns".
& I swear im gonna try it one day.
So, the one day became last saturday.
My sister and ryan accompany me to parkway to buy the ingredients, and we are on our way to fixing a D-I-Y dinner.
Co-incidentally, my mother is bringing my aunty along, so we have more mouths to feed. :)
jody taught me to be smart a few wks ago, to catch the shuttle bus to parkway parade from compass point! yay! save me ten bucks!
amazing how kid sees the world, so different from us......
the XL prawns comes with a XL price tag!
the preparation work:
simple, jus stuff the garlic into the prawns.
oure greens for the evening.
the baked prawns.
hmmm.....i left it in the oven for too long, so the prawns came out a little dry.
and we felt it was not salty enuf.
so, that means we need to try it agn another day, :)
our fav soup.
the sisters seldom finds themselves a chance to sit together for a meal, especially after my grandma left......
