3 hours : 2 pastas
Livingstone picked me up from my mom's place, and told me he was hungry,
so i brought him to ghim moh, for coffeeshop pasta,
Ragazzi, at Ghim Moh Blk 10.
Very nice vongole, we like.
since we had time, we drop by pantry magic. I browse and browse, then i saw that they have a sales corner. so i browse and browse again, and saw that they were selling a pile of mini tartlet trays (in 10s) for one price tag of $4.80. They were tied together neatly.
So, I thought, there shld be some defacts with it, otherwise, it cannot be so cheap.
so i spoke to the man in the store, and asked, "why is this so cheap?"
and he goes, "oh, becos these are used". and i asked, "used by who?"
then he say, "used during one of the cook show, by celebrity, milli (i dono who the celebrity chef is, so i dono how to spell her name)"
and i said, "oh, then u shld sell at a higher price!" haha...
anyway, the tartlet trays were not washed thoroughly, they were a little oily, and were stained.
thinking that i can still washed it back at home, i choose to buy them.
livingstone took out $5 to pay him, since the price tag says $4.80.
but the cash register spells $48.00 less 10%.
diaoz.
so the price tag was for just 1 tartlet tray.
"forget it" i told the cashier, "i dun think i need it now"
haha....
and no leh, i wasn't embarressed. =)
so, we went to dempsey, to recee tanglin village.
and visited this organic cafe,
no, not my type, im not an organic lover,
but im amazed how some tai tai can buy the fruit and vege in bulk..... gosh....
not long after... i was hungry....hee, guess wat's the menu??
livingstone had 2 plates of pasta in less then 3 hours!!
庄家 (Zhuang Jia) Grill & Pasta at Sembawang Hill Hawker Centre was where we were.
nice pasta at reasonable price!
and my fav strawberry milk! ask for more!! =)
and for dessert?
