What would I do if I have 72 hours availability at home?
heh heh....i made a few items in seperate hours....
I was reading one of the receipe book on the bed when I woke up, and I jumped out of bed, washed up, and went to the kitchen to made the chocolate fondant!
I do not have the suitable cups for the pastry, so i used a muffin tray....not very pleasant looking, but alrite la, =p
baking is so much fun, until u looked at the mess in the basin, haha....
another morning, I made the tartlet shells, intended to keep it until i have craving for some tarts. =)
then i ransacked my freezer, and realized i still have my pastry puff in there!
there we go.... some mini puffs with fruits and tuna.
