MIL's Mothers' Day @ Man Fu Yuan
Celebrated my MIL's mothers' day at Interconntinental Singapore - Man Fu Yuan.
Dinner starts early at 6pm, cos i noe it will be very filling, so we better start as early as possible,
at least got time to digest before bedtime....
Here comes the menu:
Steamed Longevity Buns.
Smoked Duck with Tea Leaf Sauce.
Double Boiled Sharks Fin with Shark's Cartilage Consomme. (leave me with very sticky lips)
Steamed Soon Hock Fish in Soya Fish.
Stir Fried Scallops and Prawns with Vegetables.
Braised Sliced Abalone and Chinese Mushroms with Vegetables.
Baked Wu Xi Pork Ribs with Zheng Jiang Vinegar. (Nice)
And I forgot to snap dessert and Ee Fu noodles.
