my dear bread

It was many years back, when i had to have breakfast in australia before work, i neva failed to order a focaccia sandwich....my choice of fillings? always the same - chicken with egg and avocado - yum!

so tat day, i was browsing the bread dept at ntuc, and came across the gardenia focaccia loaf.
peeeerfect!
we took half the avocado, and bbtara had the other half. =)
