If u like Hup Choon like we do, u will like this place too...
not the price, but the quality of the food.
i don rem the names to the dishes...



this chicken is so uber delicious!!

overall, my mom didnt grumble abt the quality of the food, total damage that nite was $100.
And I thought it was very reasonable, considering we had seafood.

(Anyway, we went back for another dinner the other sat, and we ordered the frog leg in chicken of essence, wah, damn shiok!)

CNY Lunch

All of us looked forward to the CNY, we are afterall Chinese, =)
The company gave us a CNY lunch on our last day of work, which marks our closing for the festival, till we come back again for another fruitful year of operation! yeah! =)
A simple lunch at Ah Lam Seafood. Very nice.

You noe wat?I am not sure why, but i kinda keep eating the wrong food lately. arghhhhh
I passed by this stall at suntec tasty treats, and I exclaimed, 'finally.....crepe...'
so, i tried one.


Aw-Ful! the crepe is too thick and soft. $5.80.
not worth a single cent.

Forture Seafood



I have been raving about Hup Choon in my blog, did you patronise them?
Now, there's another tze char opp Hup Choon, that's worth trying.
Alex is back, and we had dinner together with him at this stall called 'Forture Seafood Steamboat'.




As rated by Makansutra, the herbal chicken is a die die must try.
It's nice, but the chicken is miserably small in size. Lucky we had only 4 of us to attack the poor chicken.
We ordered a total of 5 dishes, and guess wat??? the total damage: $69.90!
and if u pay by NETS, u get 10% off, haha....that makes it $62.90 oni.
damn cheap. the crabs, they are just $28! and we had so many claws!!
it does makes me wonder if they had punch their cash register wrongly or they are really this cheap.
Anyway, i shall bring my family there to verify again.
Now, the fried bun is a must try. VARY nice!
and the hei zou, super nice. =)
