Making Greek in Coris

This is the program for May Day.

We had the part-time Greek chef, dennis oliver, coming over to prepare a feast for the 8 of us. :)

the 1st dish we started preparing,
i forgot the name. but it is a mixture of minced meat, rice, herbs and etc...

livingstone takes instruction from the chef, and started working right away!

then, i prepared the tapas.

this is the green we'll be having, asylum smashing fetta cheese over to complete it.

the main dish is the chicken in a bag.
the chef had the chicken marinated. with herbs, lemon juice, oregano...pepper, white wine....

then, put it into the foil, with mushrooms...and bake it.

we had too much food, so we share it with our neighbour, heh heh.....so good huh... :)

and proceeded to The Bark Cafe for dinner....
hee....put back ur jaws. we all need dinner dont we? haha...
