Double Happiness 嘻嘻
We decided to invite our family (my In-laws) over to Coris for a home-cook dinner on the 1st day of 2008.
Nothing fanciful, just some simple dishes. =)
Thanks to my mom, who got fresh fish and chicken from the market for me earlier in the week.
So, I woke up early to prepare and also went to the market to get somemore items.
It's a while since I baked nutella cupcakes, so I spent a bit of time in the morning to satisfy my cravings. (And Im so happy that I can share this with Monkey_Tan this time!)
OK, prep work starts officially:
defrost, washing, cutting, marinating, and ....taking pictures.... hur hur hur....

好料哦！those will go into the soup....

The fresh fish, steamed....shiok! (hee....pardon me...i complimented my own making....)
and wea's the soup to complete the meal???
Well, I hope my family enjoyed the dinner as much as Livingstone and I had.... =)
So, its January, and it is also 5 days away to Daniel's birthday, we decided to give him a surprise party.
Caught him!
He was pretty much surprised when Doreen drag him into the room for a 'serious' discussion, while we were out in the dining preparing the cake and stuff.....
& Edgar is very much interested in the candle light.... =)
He got gifts!
and we got chores to do, haha....
no worries, I have 'i-husband' as in 'i-robot', haha...
