You will not know, cos we didnt tell. =)
We have decided to try for a kid in the beginning of this year.
So we prepared ourselves, went to TCM and see if there's any adjustment to be made to our body. Want to do, do the best, we dun wan (or try not) to waste time... hur hur hur.....
Afterall, we are hoping for a 'rat' baby....
Took some TCM advise since Jan (till Feb), and during our 2008 Europe trip, we made it! =)
Yes, our baby is made in Prague. =)
Our friends and family are very happy, and of cos Livingstone and I are the happiest...
We broke the news when I was just 5 wks. But becos I was bz recording my europe trip in my blog, that it took me until now to break the news online to everybody.
My baby is now 3 mths old, and will be due in Nov.... heh heh....
Im very blessed, my first trimester was extremely smooth sailing, I only felt nausea when I brush my teeth and when I go to dirty toilets....
Appetite has been very very good, that I put on weight.... arghhh.....
ok, no complains, I noe the food is for our good. =)
So, let's go thru my scan for the past 3 mths:
At 5 wks, my gynae couldn't see the embryo yet, but thank god, he saw the water sac....
Though I was very afraid to scan on the 8 wk, afraid that baby isn't growing, afraid that baby's heartbeat isn't normal, afraid that the sac is empty.....aiya, maybe is preg anxiety, these all seriously can't be help. But its a matter of assuring myself that everything is gonna be ok.
Walked into my gynae's room with my heart pumping double-fast....next, the gynae scanned, and showed me that the baby's heartbeat is pumping as fast as mine.....WONDERFUL! =)
The scan showed us that baby was 2.5cm big from crown to rump. Im blessed.
Next, we were scheduled to visit the gynae again on the 12 wk.
the first sight of my baby (we nickname "winter" bcos bb is made in winter, haha), i teared....
Im really appreciative to have come so far (though its just 12 wks), someone up there is very kind to me.....im blessed....
Winter looked as though the sun is bright and sunny, sun-tanning lo, looked so relak....
and she (we'll use she for now, as there was no obvious penis spotted so far) was flipping while we were looking at her thru the ultrasound machine....
I felt like holding her in my arms.....
she is 5.3cm now.... =)
