Stay home DAY on National Day
My sista put me on a series of climax for National Day,
first she called and say she has tickets for us to the parade,
next, she called and say the tickets are for the Padang instead....
So, we decided to forsake the tickets, and stay at hme to watch our plasma and our sky.... haha...
It was a lovely morning, beautiful blue sky with cotton soft clouds greeting me "OHAYO!" as I pulled myself outta bed to prepare brekkie....(the same sky shall bring us the airshow brought to us by the black knights later in the nite)
Long long ago, I made my own mushroom-cheese-english-muffin, and since then, I havent found another gd time to make it...
Today will be the day. Livingstone was delighted with his menu when he woke up....yummilicious!
I didnt make my own english muffins, bought it off the shelves, made by the proud pple of gardenia (grill it without oil!).
sautee the portabella mushrooms, and sandwiched it with 2 slices of cheese...viola!!
