We were at Downtown East last nite, and while having dinner (at lemongrass, and omg, the food sux...) ryan boy said he was tired...so, to spur his interest, i told him i will bring him on the kiddy ride, & only if there was a discount. I was obviously not sincere :p But....when u see his hopeful vision staring at the moving train....we all had to give in. And even we broke our own rule, and hop on the train with him!
so, this was bbtara's virgin ride on A KIDDY RIDE.
She was pretty stiff all the while, and was observing the environment around her thruout the ride. i think she wasn't expecting something like this, cos the most 'exciting' activity for her so far, was to the playground .... heh hehLabels: bbtara, kiddy-ride, milestone, ryan

Brought my family to downtown east. Heard of him?
the chef who got retrenched from Mandarin Hotel's Chatterbox. He recently moved his stall from the downtown east foodcourt to have his own 'boutique' upstairs.
i find the chicken mediocre. I can find better wans in hawker centre leh.....
 but this toufu is awesome!

look at the texture of the toufu! outside crispy inside soft! marvellous!
I promised ryan boy that i will take him for the cadbury ferris wheel ride, he has then been bugging us to go for it when he sees it there. We can tell he is very happy that day, kiddy ride one after another, going to macdonald, and we even brought him to pasir ris park!
We noticed that ryan boy can be quite interesting, he don't dare to try too dangerous things, he noes wat is safe to play, and when he needs help, he shouts for his unker livingstone. If no one is there to help him, he retreat. I noe its normal for any person, even a grown up, but i jus thought that it is very interesting to see it in a 5yr old. haha...
 he enjoys, we enjoy.... =)

Ryan boy is the happiest lo......as my sista had to go back to the office and work on that saturday,i sent her there, and ryan boy followed me and my mom, to United Square.A mall made for kids!from lifesize kiddy rides, to toy 'R' us, to ice-cream parlours, aiyo....he is the happiest lo.
this ride cost us $6.40 for a mere 10 minutes. But it was interesting, he was like on a horse galloping away, only, he chose an elephant instead. =)He spent an hr in Toys 'R' Us, chosing his x'mas present (from livingstone), well, that's what i told him to keep him occupied 'now, go and choose what you want for x'mas, then i go back and tell yee-zhang'...so, he happily walked into the store, and chose for 1 hr.of cos i rejected quite a few la. not like he chose barbie doll or cooking stuff, but they are all cars and robots that he alrd has, well, at least very similar to.so, in the end, he chose a japanese robot, and told me, 'xiao yee, i must buy this today, (stomping his feet), I cannot wait already. I cannot wait anymore, I want to buy today. Cannot wait anymore.....'haha.....I donch noe why, he jus told me that. =)cute hor?ryan boy always has a special liking to gingerbread man, everytime we passes by a pastry shop that sells this, he wants it.
this gingerbread man cute lo, the baker gave him a reproductive system, visibily. =)
Brought my mom and sista to siglap to try this Yong Tau Foo - 福林。

served with dry bee-hoon like this. Very nice.I like.Back at coris, ryan boy showed me his way of sitting comfortably in the beanbag.
haha,....so cute, i feel like giving him a bear hug. =)Labels: Food, kiddy-ride, Lunch, ryan, toys, x'mas
