Bake those tarts!

Monday, January 28, 2008

Without my sista this time, I baked my own mini-pineapple tarts.
Took quite a long time to mould them.
Luckily Livingstone was there to help glaze those little tarts.

I purposely made them this sexy, so u can see the pineapple filling from the side.

cover a bit, and expose a bit. sexy boh?

we skipped making of our own pineapple jam. Got it off Phoon Huat, pretty decent, not as sweet as we thought it will be.

Before going into the oven.

Our first attempt:

Overall, we like. However, it can be improve as i had my crust too thick. :)

Will be making more soon.
