Graduated for the First TimeTuesday, May 25, 2010Today is the day. bbTara will be collecting her certificate - upon completion of her compulsary vaccinations. She cried on her last jab. How unglam. hur hur ... This will be the last time we step into this clinic (i hope), we will miss lilian the pd, and the clinic nurses in kids clinic. Labels: bbtara, kids clinic, vaccination She's 6 months...Monday, May 04, 2009These first few months of our baby's life really seem to fly by...She's our pride & joy and she continues to brighten our mornings each day... Like any other bbs, she misbehaves too, but like any other parents, we find it so easy to forgive her...especially when she flashes her signature sweet smile at us!....arghhhh...  her first smile in the morning when she sees us....everyday...   our happy bb... and for her milestones this mth: 1) extending her arms to request for a hug...with the help of her walker, she is able to walk to wea u are standing.....requesting for her deserved hug....haha  2) sitting up straight, although she cud sit on the 5th mth, but this mth, we see that she is sitting straighter and longer.  3) I leave her to drink her milk on her own now....  4) We'v also started her on semi solid meals, fotos up next entries!! And, on her last visit to the kids' clinic, she is weighing 8.7kg and measuring 68cm...she is in the 97percentile.... so fast....we have reached her 6th mth now....very soon, u will hear that she is 6yrs old!!grab hold of the time baby!! Outside at the waiting area, she was still unaware of the upcoming danger arranged for her....  daddy got to do the dirty job of holding her while the pd jabbed her...  we supposed, she registered wat is 'pain' now, 1st jab she still gong gong....heh heh...  it was a short cry (thank goodness!), she settled down after a while, and she was fed the rotavirus...lilian said it tasted sweet...no wonder she didnt throw up.... =) be brave bbTara, the needle is nothing to be afraid of. mommy and daddy loves you... Labels: bbtara, parenthood, vaccination The shower con't...Tuesday, December 16, 2008bbTara went for her first jab last week. Both me and livingstone were preparing for the worse of her cries... Yet, to our ultimate surprise, she did not even squeak when the paeds push that needle into her butt!! Thank God!! How brave she was! or it was probably bcos she doesnt recognise what pain is (yet). haha... bbTara was very cooperative for the rest of the day, we left her in her stroller to nap all the way, while we shopped for the x'mas gifts....Yes, u heard it, all the way! I guess the jab made her so drowsy that she didnt give a damn. haha... The beautiful shower series foto that i love so much....   she's our angel....
