Sandwich Party

I can't remember how this idea spark off, probably out of self-pity, wahahahaha,
that shld be when we found out that MANY colleagues are gonna be on leave after Vesak Day,
the office is gonna be bloody quiet, and so, we shall do something together, so as to look forward to the Friday!! :)
so, i suggested sandwich party. probably the most easiest project to acheive.

So, the prep work starts at 11.30am:

we met up to go purchase the ingredients at carrefour, and its back to our pantry for more prep work....all for the sandwich feast!
cutting
Belna, cutting the luncheon meat.
cutting
Rachel cutting the vege..
toasting
CH toasting the hotdogs and stuff.
group
that's the whole group to keep it short.
baked beans
so, we have baked beans ...
crab mayo
belna made us egg and crab mayo (double yummilicious!!)
homemade bread
and this!! gourmet-bread!home-made brought to us by Pamela.... BELLY NICE!!!
curry tuna
i contributed curry tuna with potato, something like curry puff filling.
but i made it overnight, and i find it not as good.
still fresh better. but no time to do in the morning la..... :(
vege
freshly cut vege selection!
done
My first sandwich done! its really nice.
we had soup too, clam chowder, vege and corn selection....
oh man! we are spoil for choice! :)
group
the project is made possible with everybody's contribution and effort!
they liked it! so do i!
:)
Now, who says team work is tough? hur hur hur
