Rem we saw this in Krakow too? Talents Talents everywhere.....
Got ourselves at the Stephensdom of Vienna. Famous for its colorful tiled roof.
The interior of the church:
One of the craftsman of the church in 1510 - Anton Pilgram. This is the self-potrait of Master Pilgram that he included in his cathedral at the base of the old organ, he is holding his tools - a pair of compasses in his right hand & a set square in his left hand.
This is the stairway to the pulpit, it is decorated with lizards and toads which symbolises evil, crawl up the falustrade, but they are fought off by a dog, the symbol of God (in the next picture).
We went up to the viewing tower of the cathedral. Didnt give us any amazing view. And we can smell the horses (and its shit) high up there.
Just outside the cathedral, there is this group of young men peforming street dance.
Indeed, they were very entertaining. We watched and enjoyed the entire performance.
but there arent many pple who paid.
On the other side.....there is another cathedral.
The castle is right behind me....this walkway is filled with designer boutiques.
