Prata in my own kitchen!!

You noe ever since the NTUC is opened at our neighbourhood, I go there almost everyday, well....if not, once every two days....haha.... Im such a supermarket goer. Im getting out of hand, Livingstone gives me a frown and say 'huh, not again???' hur hur hur...

And I will hover around the food section (oh wat else does NTUC sells anyway! haha) and will imagine the taste of this and that. Many times, I told Livingstone, 'why dun we try this instant roti prata? we can bake it, it will be so convenient to eat it at home now...'
he would say 'dun wan la, wea got nice?'
the worst part is, the roti prata comes in like 20pcs per pack...and so, i was thinking, 'what if its really not nice? give kumar meh?' giving is easy, but i will have to go thru a nagging session from u-noe-who...
hmph.....
Fortunately, the other day, my sister was with me at the NTUC, and I told her I wanna try this prata thing, asked her to share with me. Bravo! cos she said 'OK!'

there it is, right in my frying pan (cos the instructions said pan-fry and not bake) no oil. Just medium heat. The prata looks like a sheet of paper when i unwrapped it. Was quite disappointed initially, cos I expected it to be like alrd done up, and all I have to do was to make hot... hee

However, after flipping it for abt 1-2 mins....the color changed! and I was presented with this nice chow-tar-and-not-so-chow-tar prata, that looked just like what I ordered from jln kayu!

within minutes, we have these pratas to share for breakfast!

No curry? NVM, we have sugar! heh heh....highly recommended.
I realised I forgot to snap the pacakaging. Will do so the next time round. =)
