The birthday dinner at home....with her =)
Budd offered a birthday dinner for me, but these days, i prefer to tire myself out at home, and so I invited her over for dinner. Chilling out at home is much better then doing it outside for me now....imagine i cannot take many cold drinks now. My choices are limited. I probably have to sit up straight out at the restaurants, and I can't lounge comfortably, or lift my feet when i see water retention building up.... haha...
Lucky she doesn't mind coming to my place becos of distance.... =)
With that, I whipped up a dinner for her. And it is the first time in my 2 years since I DEEP-FRIED something in CORIS! haha...
And my first attempt is Pork Cutlet coated with breadcrumbs.
And i liked that! =)

dessert was fruit tarts!

I was indeed tired after the preparation, but I enjoyed it. Thank God, Livingstone was very helpful in cleaning up the aftermath.... =D
