Tortellini in Homemade Mushroom Sauce
This is my first attempt in making homemade pasta sauce.

Coincidentally, EVERYDAY FOODshowed a recipe of Tortellini in Mushroom Sauce, and boi...me was craving for the best tortellini WE EVER HAD - in a small restaurant in Budapest, owned by a Roman...
and while shopping in carrefour the other nite, i spotted tortellini (3 cheese) in a pack...why not now then?
I modified the recipe to add some bacon and used portebella instead of shitake mushroom. Used grated mozarella instead of parmesan.
